Legacy Reimagined
Ministry of Sound’s 35th celebrations mark a pivotal reset for a London institution that shaped global club culture. Since 1991, the Elephant & Castle address has set the gold standard for sound, curation, and underground credibility. Now the club prepares a bold reinvention from January 2026, promising a refreshed aesthetic and reengineered experience aimed squarely at the next generation of dancefloor devotees.
Everyone at Ministry of Sound is incredibly proud of what we’ve built over the last 35 years, the nights, the artists, the energy that has defined London’s sound. But we’re also thinking ahead, about what the club could become over the next 30 years. Next year marks the start of that chapter.
– Matt Long, Club Director

Ministry of Sound 35th
This anniversary programme bridges originators and innovators with rare precision. House architects Ron Trent, Joe Claussell, and Tony Humphries return, anchoring the lineage that defined the club’s pulse. They share the bill with global heavyweights Pete Tong, Kölsch, Darius Syrossian, and Eats Everything, underscoring Ministry’s enduring role as a tastemaker that spans mainstream and underground lanes.
Season Blueprint
January fires the opening salvo. Carnival of Sound launches on January 9 with Alcemist and Murdock, followed by 23 Years of Select Radio on January 10. Tech-house flair arrives via Riva Starr at Mas Que Nada on January 17, then Sound of Garage traces UKG roots on January 23 with Artful Dodger and Zed Bias. A new weekly anchor debuts on Friday, January 30, as Blink launches with Afro- and melodic-house led by &friends. The month closes toweringly with a Pete Tong b2b Kölsch set on January 31, supported by Lauren Lo Sung and Jansons.

Innovators Ascendant
The forward thrust is unmistakable. Lauren Lo Sung’s lean, groove-led house continues to define London floors. Fiorella pushes minimal and deep house into crisp new shapes, while Konstantin Sibold brings widescreen melodic techno without sacrificing club weight. Their presence signals a scene committed to renewal, not nostalgia, as the Ministry of Sound 35th season unfolds.
February Momentum
February spotlights history and immediacy. A rare daytime edition of Hard Times lands February 7 with Trent, Claussell, and Humphries, then URGE ignites the night with Jesse Calosso and Fiorella. La Discothèque marks its 10-year milestone on February 21 with Todd Terje, while Sibold steers a deep, melodic expedition on February 20.
## March Crescendo
March widens the spectrum. BRESH infuses Latin flair on March 7, while KSHMR brings big-room muscle on March 13. Zamna Soundsystem paints jungle technicolour on March 20, before Mak10 + Friends closes March 28 with a raw blend of grime, UKG, and UK funky.

A Living Blueprint
The first-wave roster reads like a cross-section of modern club culture, from Artful Dodger to Vini Vici, RUZE to Royal-T. It is more than programming; it is a statement that electronic music’s evolution thrives on continuity and risk. As Club Director Matt Long notes, next year begins the next chapter. The Ministry of Sound 35th season proves the blueprint still breathes, adapts, and leads.
