Except it isn’t

Wouldn’t it be great if it were true that Sam Smith and Adele are in fact the same person? But wait, they have never been seen together, they never appear at the same events, and they’re Both British Music Icons ( with capital letters and everything). It must be true, except, well, it isn’t.

But if it were, that would be superb, they would have pulled off one of the biggest ‘scandals’ in modern music. Sometimes we wish some conspiracy theories were true just because they are so much fun. The fact that they bear a striking resemblance to each other because they have two eyes and two ears  – EXACTLY in the same place on their face should be enough to convince even the most serious doubter. Except, well, you know… it’s not true.

Ah well.
