The pleasure of listening
I’ve had the pleasure of listening to “I Gotta Feeling” by STONE, and I have to say that it’s a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, the track has an undeniable energy that is impossible to ignore. The driving rhythm section and wailing guitar riffs create a thrilling atmosphere that is sure to get any rock fan’s blood pumping. The lead singer’s impressive vocal performance adds to the song’s intensity, delivering a passionate and raw performance that is a true highlight.
However, I do have a few criticisms of the track. Firstly, while the song’s energy is infectious, it also feels a bit formulaic and predictable, lacking the experimental edge that I crave in my rock music. Additionally, the lyrics are a bit generic and lack the poetic depth and complexity that I look for in rock music.
The band are instantly likeable; they come across as down to-earth, and their songs are well worth a listen. Watch any of the videos of their live shows, and you will wish you were there – the crowds clearly love them, and their fan base is growing and growing, which is why we are giving a shameless plug to their UK tour dates.
“I Gotta Feeling” is a solid track that will undoubtedly appeal to fans and while it may not break any new ground, it’s a testament to STONE’s musical prowess and a worthy addition to their catalogue. Hear I Gotta Feeling by STONE on Bridge Radio Rock
