Earlier this year, an exciting development occurred for the talented producer Fred Again.. He achieved a significant milestone by winning his first-ever Grammy awards in the categories of Best Dance/Electronic Recording and Best Dance/Electronic Music Album. Today, this joint effort, titled “stayinit,” is receiving an official release.
The music video for “stayinit” showcases some captivating footage of Lil Yachty experiencing the finalized track for the very first time. In a statement, Fred Again expressed his excitement, saying, “Hiiiii we haven’t done a video in ages, but I thought it would be nice to try and capture the moment when Yachty hears this song on a properrrr system for the first time!” He further added, “Like, I’m pretty sure that before this, he might have only heard it through his phone lol… And this tune is obviously builtttt for rooms and sounds like this… So it was fun to get to play it to him like that.” The video aims to capture the genuine reaction and appreciation of Lil Yachty as he immerses himself in the immersive sonic experience of the track.
